The Department of Health welcomed representatives from the Global Fund Switzerland, Global Fund Kenya, and AMREF Health Africa for a site visit to the Oxygen Ecosystem plant at Machakos Level 5 Hospital and Bishop Kioko Hospital.
The visit highlighted the improvements made to the healthcare facilities through the support of the Global Fund, demonstrating the tangible benefits of international collaboration in enhancing medical infrastructure.
The delegation was impressed by the Oxygen Ecosystem in the two medical facilities and applauded the efforts of the County Government of Machakos to make healthcare more accessible to its citizens.
